Michael Pabon, Esq.

Michael Pabon is a dedicated real estate attorney licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. As a founding partner of Foundation Legal, P.C., Michael focuses on guiding individuals, families, and investors through residential and commercial real estate transactions with precision and care.

Michael has a deep understanding of property law, title issues, and real estate financing, and is known for his client-first approach, attention to detail, and ability to close complex deals efficiently. He works closely with clients to ensure their investments are protected, transactions are seamless, and goals are achieved.

A graduate of Western New England School of Law, Michael combines legal knowledge with practical insight, making him a trusted advisor to first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and fellow professionals alike.

Beyond the office, Michael is committed to community service. He is the founder of The Giveback Group, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families in need. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two children and is passionate about giving back through both his legal work and charitable efforts.

Andrew C. Sunde, Esq.

Andrew Sunde is a Connecticut licensed attorney concentrating on residential real estate closings. At Foundation Legal, P.C., he helps both home buyers and sellers navigate the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.

Andrew combines attention to detail and communication, ensuring every transaction is smooth, timely, and aligned with his clients' goals. Before joining Foundation Legal, he served as Corporate Counsel for one of the nation’s largest federally qualified health systems, where he led contract negotiations and developed organization-wide compliance strategies. His experience also includes work in small firm practice, handling matters in estate planning, business law, and property disputes.

Andrew earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, where he was honored for academic excellence and developed a strong foundation in contract and intellectual property law.  A lifelong West Hartford resident, Andrew is proud to serve his local community both in and out of the office. He plays violin with the West Hartford Symphony Orchestra and enjoys exploring Connecticut’s diverse restaurant scene in his spare time.
